0. phoneArena posted on 12 Sep 2011, 17:58

Showing yet more proof that the arrival is undoubtedly nearing, one of our tipsters managed to snap an image of an upcoming Verizon Wireless brochure for indirect dealers, which prominently mentions Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC Sense...

1. I LUV DUH CHARGE BUT GS2 IS BE (unregistered) posted on 12 Sep 2011, 18:09 1 1

I can't beleive my Charge is being advertised with Media Hub and Social Hub. I rooted and flashed a debloated ROM to get rid of that garbage.

FYI: There have been GB leaks for the Charge for quite a while now and the final version(EP1W) was released a week or two ago meaning the official GB for the Charge isn't going to be too far away.

really? whats the benefits it gives for the charge with the GB update? im so glad i bought the charge and not the bionic...played with the bionic for an hour , it has nothing really new to offer. (epic fail)

If the Bionic can launch and perform without massive problems, then it's not a fail in my book. I'm on my third Thunderbolt because of in and out 4g signal and random reboots.

At least the phone is better than iphone 4 or 5....

I wouldn't say the Thunderbolt is better, just android and LTE. Other than that the iPhone is a much better phone all around. Unbiased truth.

10. networkdood posted on 12 Sep 2011, 21:59 1

Hmmm, iphone 4 is a solid, very good phone, but does not beat a high end phone....barely holds its own against a Galaxy S phone.

Wow what the heck. I love android too, just being honest though. I said android was great, the thunderbolt sucks tho. I mean have you ever heard anything good about it? I can actually feel for the Miz a bit now. There's supporting what you like, then being blind to competition.
P.S. I have a galaxy s phone and the Thunderbolt isn't a high end phone anymore.

Really? A Galaxy S phone is superior to the Thunderbolt?! I have had the Tbolt since launch and I honestly wouldn't buy any other android device that verizon has to offer over the tbolt (and I work here). I'd love to hear this explanation....
