Verizon Wireless adds new text bundle option for prepay customers
Beginning July 14, Verizon Wireless will offer a new messaging bundle to its customers on INpulse prepaid plans. For $10 a month, you can receive unlimited messaging to VZW customers and 250 messages to any other carrier.

Customers who wish to add the new bundle can do it by accessing My Verizon (either from the phone or from computer), by calling customer service at *611 or by visiting any VZW retailer.

Its better than paying .10 per message... 250 x .10 = $25 This is only $10... Its prepaid what do you expect?

Considering the way their pre-paid is set up I wouldn't really expect them to give a complete unlimited txt bundle. If you talk to alot of people on different networks then Verizon's Inpulse pre-paid isn't really a good plan to go with anyways. So I think this is perfectly inline with their current rate for the service that they already provide. Yeah it's not the greatest, but it's a big plus to all the pre-paid customers they already have

If you think about it, its really not that bad of a deal. Why do most people get prepaid phones? (Other than a booty-call phone.) HAHA. But if its only 10 bucks, gets you unlimited in, and 250 outside, even if you look at the raw numbers on the In-pulse power plan, .02 per text x 250 messages= 5$. only have to spend 5 more to get unlimited messaging verizon to verizon, pix/flix/text. and I can save 2 bucks a day if all i Mainly do is message!!! (for booty-calls, lol)

I'm using this and i thought that my picture messages were part of my unlimited messaging. I had to call just now to resolve it. If it happens again, i will become an angry individual.

I am getting sick and tired of people crapping on pre-paid. There are users that do not have their phones implanted in their ears and still have lives and CREDIT! Can't say the same about most 1-2 year users that WANT ALL ON A PHONE, NCLUDE EMT SERVICE WAKE UP AND SMELL YOUR MONEY GOING DOWN THE PIT FAST.........UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE DAMN HUGE INHERITANCE, YOU HAD BETTER REALIZE, MONEY DON'T GROW ON DANG TREES DUH!
