Users more interested in Lumia smartphones than in Windows Phone itself

If you input "Windows Phone" is Google's Trend service, you get a pretty, steadily growing graph, which peaks at times when Microsoft's mobile platform has been more of a hot topic than usual. Yet if you add statistical data about the term "Lumia", things get a bit more interesting...

Lol, doesn't surprise me. People have been asking way more often about Nokia making a comeback in the US than they've been asking about Windows Phone.

There you go. The reason MS partner-ed with Nokia.
They care more of a Nokia product first than Windows

I've seen the new GS III, it may have hardware edge over Nokia Lumia 900 to some extent but lacks on build quality or quality over all.

Thank you for saying "SAMSUNG"!!!! What a hack of an article. When I speak with people concerning a device the first thing they talk about is the the DEVICE! Is it an iPhone? Or a Samsung S III, or a Motorola RAZR the OS is always secondary if at all mentioned.
The follow-up article should be about all the phones that have Windows Phone OS and the rating they get by consumers. Just about every site you visit where there is a rating with a phone with Windows Phone OS get very, very, high marks. So, is it the phones that are great or is it the OS?
I guess every site has to fill up blank space so they can advertise something. But do they have to drop to this low of a bar?!

Nexus Lumia plus Pureview is undefeatable

yes i plus that ...
NOKIA has the best hardware & use the best materials....it does not look cheap & same crappy design like Samsung .
If NOKIA takes Android then it will take the Throne back from SAmsung.within the 1st month of the launch of the LumiDroid's (i named it ).

Yes! If Lumia 900 is running on Andiod OS it may match or beat the sales of SGS3

Probably because most people have a hard time realizing that windows phones have nothing to do with android. Not sure my sister even gets it yet. All they see is HTC or SAMSUNG and just think it must be android. Heck, people probably think the lumia is a droid.

Folks does anyone out there Know if the "Lumia " line of Nokia smart phones will continue into the Nokia Windows 8 Class of smart phones. data about the Lumia 910
are poping up. folks could it be that the LuMia 910 will get an HI DEF screen, dual core CPU, 12 mega pixel Pure vue camera, NFC and be loaded with the new Windows 8 operating system. wow folks this would be a dream device. I am a windows smart phone Fan but man oh man if Nokia wants to make some serious
quick large amounts of cash put "Android" Jelly bean on the Nokia 910 as well as "Windows 8" . Nokia phone sales would kick Ass baby because they would have the best "Windows smart Phone out there for sale AND baby have the best selling Andriod smart phone out there all using the same body. to set them apart the Android 910 smart phone would have different colors like "Navy blue" "Silver" "Dark maroon Red" "Mellow Yellow" "dark Chocolate brown". Folks you might think I am a crazy man to suggest this but Mr Elop and Nokia would terrorize the hell out of the sales out of the Other OEM's if they did this and the fact of the matter is they can do this
wow folks I would like to see this happen. HA HAHA I AM NOT KIDDING ETHER!
