I don't think a 4th Gen iPhone will be announced quite yet. I think we all know that a tablet though is to be revealed, and I would say there's a good possibility of a new OS build today as well, albeit with a still lower percentage of that happening. The main thing today by far is still the tablet. But if it's running a build of the iPhone OS, then a new build of the iPhone OS is a definite possibility.
