Update for Instagram to version 3.0 brings Photo Maps and more
One of the most popular apps for iOS and Android users, Instagram has been updated to version 3.0. One of the new features that comes with the update is Photo Maps which appears on your profile page (which also has been redesigned). You can share your Photo Map with others and browse through others' Maps as well.

Instagram has also increased the size of the grid pictures on user profile pages, hashtag and location pages. That should make it easier to go through large collection of pictures. Additionally, the "load more" prompt has been replaced by infinite scrolling on many pages. Another change allows you to report individual comments as spam or abuse. And of course, the update includes the usual gang of bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Version 3.0 of Instagram is now available for free from both iTunes and the Google Play Store.

Ugly ass update! This has pissed off all of my friends. We don't want Instagram turning into Facebook. Plus the new profile interface is super UGLY! Go back to normal!
