No, mobile Safari was first featured on the iPhone and now on this Samsung. You're thinking of WebKit, the engine underneath Safari.

#4 said the Nokia used WEBKIT long before Samsung or the iPhone. So obviously they were thinking of WebKit. They never mentioned anything about mobile Safari. Try reading before you make judgements.
