Unbranded Samsung Galaxy Note is seen over on Sprint's web site
Interestingly, an image of an unbranded Samsung Galaxy Note was recently spotted over on Sprint’s web site showing off the carrier’s Mobile Controls feature. Naturally, it’s difficult to say with enough certainty if the handset will be coming to Sprint or not – especially when neither Sprint or Samsung has come out officially regarding the matter. In any event, it could also be some kind of slip up by the marketing department as well.

Hey it sold 5 million of them on AT&T less than 3 months ago. I think it would be smart for them to get it too, especially if Verizon is going to get it. Models need to become available on all carriers more often.

technically, it's still a limited release worldwide. Similar to how Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a limited release on a smaller scale

Well technically they are getting all carrier phones.
Verizon Lg Lucid = Sprint Lg Viper
Verizon Nexus = Sprint Nexus
At&t Htc one = Sprint Evo LTE
At&t Note = Sprint Note (not confirmed)
Iphone = Iphone
It seems as if they are trying to mimic other carriers through their success. Which is not a bad idea considering they take forever to launch multiple devices. Maybe with the income of devices they can establish a little bit more reliable network.

Galaxy Nexus is Galaxy Nexus. There is no carrier name involved, just like the Nexus S.

What I was saying is its verizon labeled primarily. They were the first Big nationwide network to get it. If you want Specifics Galaxy Nexus By Samsung w/ Verizon 4g LTE

They probably shouldn't have a girl standing next to a giant cellphone. Someone might get the idea that they're actually getting a giant cellphone ^_^

Really hope Sprint gets the Journal! Every time my wife and I are at the mall I drag her into the AT&T store to mess around with the white Note. My Premiere upgrade is set for this September so I am ready to get my hands on 5.3 inches of super amoled hd plus goodness! Had too many black phones so I am looking to pick up a white one to match my white IPad 3.

OMG, talk about major color clash. Don't you know that the Galaxy Note is a lovely pristine ceramic white, while the iPad is a rather blah' Martha Stewart White™; just like the iPhone or iDoody!

i dont know why you call it iDoody... but it sound funny!... hehehe...

WHAT THE f**k VERIZON? What the flying f**k is your problem? If AT&T and Sprint are 2nd and 3rd place to you respectively, and they got or are getting the Note, what the f**k is your problem Verizon? I've been on VZW for 10 years and you get the s**ttiest phones. Great network but the phones suck balls. I swear to god, if I do not see the Note, Journal, whatever the hell you want to call this, announced by years end, Verizon can go f**k themselves because I am jumping ship. At this point, I would do to Metro PCS instead of them that I'm so pissed at VZW.

f**k you all to the 4 ass holes who put thumbs down. Keep kissing Verizon's ass because that is what all 4 of you are best at.

I hear you man.
Had VZW great CS,excellent coverage but nowadays too expensive.ATT same way.So when opportunity arised ,I bolted to Sprint and glad I did.A big difference in my bill.Reception is shoddy but they're in the process upgrading their network to LTE and HD Voice so be patient everyone.
Galaxy Nexus,EVO 4G LTE,and maybe the Note?!!...Down the stretch the Galaxy S III (Epic 4g Touch LTE)hopefully..

some loser voted all the comments down. troll
24. archangel9 (Posts: 230; Member since: 07 Feb 2010)
Well I'm glad I'm not the only one that took notice of this.I said that was the Galaxy Note and it looks good for Sprint LTE lineup. That'll solve the ipad issue as well because the Note is a hybrid.

It may be news, but it is about 6 months too late. I think I'll just wait for the Galaxy Note 2.
30. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Guryous, question for ya: Do you really think there will be a Note 2 that fast? And then maybe for Verizon or Sprint? Or T-Mobile? I would love for that to happen and let it go to VZW.

As a former Sprint customer, if there was any phone to put Sprint back on the map is this phone. This phone may not have the overall popularity of the iPhone, but it is changing the mindframe of the mobile phone community. This phone is no sloutch, it can compete with any phone on the market and the features surpass even its little "cousin"............the SGSII
Sprint could sell millions if they broadcast it right or this could be worse than the advertisments for the Dell Streak lol
31. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Amen Jerediah3, you said it perfectly. It all depends on whether or not it's marketed correctly. Hell, honestly, I would jump ship to Sprint if they got it and VZW didn't. So the question is: AT&T or Sprint?
32. Jeradiah3 (Posts: 924; Member since: 11 Feb 2010)
the bigger question is.....Will their version of the Note have LTE?? if it does then go to Sprint because they said that theyd still have unltd data (which is their ONLY selling point to come to Sprint)
34. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
See here's the thing: I am grandfathered into VZW with unlimited data. If their Version has LTE, that would be a sweet deal though. Why did you leave Sprint in the first place? I want to leave VZW so bad but the only reason why I didn't is because of the unlimited data I have.
35. Jeradiah3 (Posts: 924; Member since: 11 Feb 2010)
I left Sprint because of their "spending limit" Its the stupidest thing they've ever had. I would schedule a payment arrangement (whicf for other carriers would mean that it would stay on until the day that the payment arrangement has been fulfilled).............With Sprint, it would be turned off anyway and then id have to pay more money to get it back on. thats frustrating and no matter no many times i went off on them about it, they wouldnt budge SO I went to AT&T.
36. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Damn man, that is so ridiculous. To be honest, I would rather be with AT&T if that's the case. When the HTC EVO 4G 3D came out, my co-worker got it and he still had bad reception and it was hit or miss on the job. Outside the job, it was ok. Crazy man. Well, we'll see what happens. But again, I am giving it till years end to see if VZW will make something great happen. If not, I'm outta here and going to AT&T.
37. Jeradiah3 (Posts: 924; Member since: 11 Feb 2010)
I hear ya WildManFan!! AT&T has 2 big advantages over Verizon.............the fact that you'll maintain fast speeds when ur not on LTE
AT&T has HSPA+ and LTE whereas Verizon has 3G and LTE...thats a huge difference
the other difference is that you can surf and talk at the same time! Ive been hearing conflicting views on Verizon offering the same thing so id say that they dont have it
38. Wildmanfan (Posts: 217; Member since: 15 Jul 2010)
Your right Jerediah3! Verizon doesn't have the capability to talk and surf the web at the same time. Because their technology is in a different world. And I don't mean that in a good way. It's funny that Verizon is supposed to be #1 and they don't pay attention to small details. My contract ends September 1st and I just bought a used 4g phone so that I can hold myself off till my contract expires in September. By that time, I am giving myself from September till years end to see something great come out of VZW because if not, I'm jumping ship to AT&T.

Jerediah3, What is the difference between HSPA and LTE vs. 3g and LTE?
40. Jeradiah3 (Posts: 924; Member since: 11 Feb 2010)
its about internet and downloading speed within a network. think of it like this......
3G can go up to 75MPH..........HSPA and HSPA+ can go up to 145MPH..........LTE can go up to 200MPH
Verizon's network has LTE and their backup is 3G so if there is no lTE in your area, it will revert back to 3G and you will notice a difference when you are using its internet. Verizon doesnt tell you what their backup internet is when LTE is down
When you have AT&T-LTE service and there is no LTE service available, you can go to HSPA+ which isnt much of a speed difference
