Unbelievable. I work at VZW and I can tell you that this video is exclusive to VZW employees only. The monitor in this video is that of a POS station in a store / kiosk. I can't believe that this employee would capture this and post it to YouTube at the possible risk of losing their job. How moronic.

I'm not so sure the person would loose their job. I mean, VZW is benefiting from the 'buzz' this type of leaked information provides. While I doubt they officially are going viral in their advertising, they are certainly aren't going to get upset at something stirring interest in their products.

VZW is VERY strict when it comes to releasing confidential info, im sure the PDF files were actually sent from a higher up, but the "bad video" from this employees phone, more than likely cost them there job if another employee was watching them and went to report them to there manager, a minute of fame is the true payout!?

I'm pretty sure Mike knew this would be on the web within 24 hrs. He even mentions the "bloggers". Sure it's confidential but it isn't anything VZW didn't want released or know. YES WE ARE GETTING THE STORM, YES I CAN TALK ABOUT IT.

very intelligent responce.. ha! obviously you dont work for verizon. any VZW emp will tell you how big they are on corperate security of their internal documents. Sometimes things are leaked on purpose to create a buzz, like the storm, dare, and voyager. sometimes they are leaked by employees. when that happends, and they are caught, they get canned asap. verizon dont play when it comes to security and privacy.

I can't believe that all those ignorant puppets are crying about someone losing their job. Working for big red sucks, so the person probably doesn't care because maybe they are just working at big red while they are finishing a degree or is a secondary income for their household because retail positions are a joke, management is a joke, and most of the retail employees are too ignorant to realize how bad they are getting screwed. who the heck do you think you are number 31? Selling phones and giving credits.... in such a condescending textual connoctation..... What the f*** are you trying to say? Reps that work customer service on a phone don't have a "real" job? I'd love to see half the people that believe this try to sit in a care reps shoes for about a year, I'm glad I'm out of it but the job is emotionally and mentally draining, and not as easy as most people try to portray it. Try not giving away credits to greedy customers that think they deserve something so you can keep your stats up and not get in trouble, keep a certain amount of calls per day without any breaks in between, looking up information you don't know and being able to present it without placing on hold. Everything a rep does is monitored, AND they have to do all of that, all the time, without taking away from the call so they can pass the coachings when a random call is pulled. Get the #*#)@ off your high horse and don't come back with a BS response like "i've done it" because if you have you would know it's the truth. I am the calmest person and least stressed person you can ever meet in your life, but that job even got to me before my promotions.

That's right, coming from some loser in his parent's basement that thinks working in the cell phone business is for morons. Like you ever worked for Big Red, you sound like this guy I know who got turned down by Big Red and worked for T-Mobile...oh, and he lived in HIS parent's basement, so don't feel bad, there's other losers you can be friends with out there in the world.
