this is what you do...download the file listed on this article, and save it to your desktop, connect the droid to the computer, when it says usb connected on the droid, tap it to mount the sd card to the computer, drag the launcher file you saved on the desktop to the sd card. make sure you have a program called "astro" on your droid. dismount your droid from your pc, open astro, find the launcher file in the sd card folder. tap it then hit install. let it install...then, hit the home button, it should give you two options, hit the second launcher (it was for me). and there you go. i uninstalled it though because it was causing the droid problems.
