U.S. Cellular to launch the Touch Pro2, Snap and BB Tour soon
U.S. Cellular customers might be in for some hardcore business action soon. A kind tipster of ours has directed our attention to a rebate sheet, listing a number of interesting models. These include the high-end HTC Touch Pro2, the WM Standard-powered HTC Snap, as well as the hot BlackBerry Tour, released by Verizon and Sprint last Sunday. The slashed prices are valid for handsets purchased and activated in the period from today (July 17) to November 12, so we figure the handsets are to be expected sometime during the stated time frame. Check the image for the full list of handsets, offered with rebate.

what's US cellular? is it regional? i don't mind trying anything other than the big 4, i'm sure the smaller one will offer more attractive plans. Am reading it right? the HTC Touch Pro 2 for 70 bucks per month plan or 70 bucks to buy of course with 2 yr contract.

Nah it's just saying there's a $70 rebate. I'm guessing around at least $250 for the phone. Their plans are pretty cheap though, and according to their commercials, at least some of their plans have free incoming calls and messages.

All of U.S. Cellulars plans have free incoming calls, pics, video, and text messaging. An right now they have a promo National plan that gives you 1000 anytime minutes plus free nights and weekends@ 7pm, and free mobile to mobile plus all of the free incoming stuff you also get. That plan is 49.99 right now.
