Readers have been flocking to mobile versions of newspapers and magazines, but unfortunately for the publishers, the revenue from mobile ads is not growing at the same rate as subscribers; many publishers are afraid of giving up ad sales to apps like Flipboasrd and Pulse...

Sounds like the business model (pricing vs. ad revenues) needs some tweaking. If readership wasn't there, then that would be a bigger problem.

The biggest problem in mobile publishing is that they sell a mobile issue of a magazinr that cost more than the magazine
