Chances are that if you own a cell phone, you've been subjected at least once to unwanted text messages containing advertisements, otherwise known as spam. These texts are annoying, to say the least, and opting out of such promotional schemes isn't always easy. You might think it's gross but I like a SPAM egg & cheese breakfast sandwich from time to time. It's actually really tasty. Just cut 2 thin slices & fry it on a non stick pan. Then cook your egg any way. I like it scrambled or fried & put a slice of your favorite cheese & your favorite bread & you got a VERY tasty meal.

You really can't eat to much of that though because A. it's processed meat so it's not that healthy & B. it has a lot of nitrates which are definitely not good for you.

In moderation it's alright. Once a month for me. lol

Yeah I know if off topic but I felt I needed to share because I feel SPAM has a bad wrap! lol

I shouldn't have read this article just before I'm about to go food shopping. Spam fritters have now been added to my shopping list.

+1. Just try it & you will like it. It's different & it really is tasty. I love sausage, bacon & ham but sometimes something different goes a long way.

Enjoy!

I love how the comments are already on SPAM instead of whatever this article was about.
