There better be PureView, a xenon flash, HDMI, 64GB of memory, and a 4.3" display involved.

Can't imagine the premium handsets from Nokia not having PureView on it. That tech has people really, really excited.

With only a single core processor WP7 is amazingly fast, I can't imagine how fast it will be with a dual-core processor.

I predict it will have a 1.5Ghz single core snapdragon with 512MB RAM and it will be high end.

This news/rumor excites me because towards the end of this year, I expect the upgrade to my first WP, the HTC Radar, to be an Apollo Nokia Lumia. Prdodigy could be that phone! Hopefully the device comes with PureView in tow.

Okay, it is obvious that Nokia will follow the 900 with some fantastic devices on AT&T. I am happy with that, as I am that Samsung is priming up some Apollo driven high end love. I will most likely be happy to dump huge dollars into a new WP in December/January. Not sure how I am going to reason it out with the Wife, but small details to be worked out later to keep Mrs. Gator from assaulting me.
However, I want to hear more of the plans to get WP 8 devices on Verizon and Sprint. There is no way to avoid the fact that until you get a couple of choices on each carrier WP will only be an also ran in the Mobile market here in the U.S.

At last us windows smart fans will have the high tech smart phones The windows metro interface has needed Ha Ha Haa- the Android and Iphone trolls wont be able to say Windows Smart phones are low tech smart phones not worth buying. there will still be Tango 1 and 2 lower cost Windows smart phones around that work will well for those who cannot afford to buy a high tech windows 8 smartphone so the Windows smart phones will be available to all people both rich and poor. That's cool.

I'm so glad that AT&T usually takes chances on new OSes. Hopefully Sprint will obtain a Nokia Windows Phone in the future. If not, I guess Sprint customers will be stuck with the HTC Arrive until Sprint's LTE network comes to light...whenever that may be.

So, this article begins by telling the readers they have no clue what a "superphone" is:
"...The Verge. One of them, codenamed Prodigy, is being described as a Windows Phone "superphone", whatever that is supposed to mean..."
Then later in the article they wonder aloud what the so called "superphone" may contain; wouldn't that mean they actually have an idea of what a WP superphone might be? Why can't these guys just write an article without always seemingly making snide remarks about WP devices. I don't believe that comment would ever be made about Apple.
"On the other hand, since Prodigy is expected to be a high-end device, we would expect it to be powered by the upcoming Apollo update, which might also be known as Windows Phone 8. Hardware-wise, we might finally get to see a dual-core processor and a high-resolution display on a Windows Phone device, and the Nokia Prodigy might have both of these features."

How later this year? Worth waiting for them instead of getting the Lumia 900 when my upgrade comes up in July? Decisions decisions. I love these decisions.

can anyone tell why it is taking so long for the nokia 900 to come here? it my opinion it is already to late for that phone, polycarb and all! i am waiting to jump on the windows bandwagon, as i tried the focus early on, but was not overwelmed yet..but with tango...and windows 8 at home...i want to make the switch. nokia is so frikkin slow! no wonder they are bleeding smart phone % daily!!!
