Twitter releases official app for Windows Phone 7

Just as the overseas launch of Windows Phone 7 handsets has started, the Windows Marketplace is making sure that it has some tasty inventory on the shelf. To that effect, Twitter has announced that its official Windows Phone 7 app is now up and ready to be downloaded for free from the Windows Marketplace.
Twitter joins a list of other well known titles that have already put up an official Windows Phone 7 application . The Weather Channel, Netflix , Facebook, eBay and SlackerRadio are some of the household names that are ready to be installed on the new group of Windows phones.
