Twitter made $525 million offer for Instagram weeks before Facebook's offer

Instagram's CEO Kevin Systrom might have lied under oath when under questioning by the California Corporations Department when he told them that outside of the offer from Facebook, then worth a cool one billion dollars, Instagram had never received another formal offer for the social photo-sharing site; it turns out that Twitter offered $525 for the company a few weeks earlier...

Agreed. They should charge the scum bag CEO and send him away for a few years. Will it happen? Highly unlikely. If you still haven't, just look at the HSBC scandal. Your jaw will drop. Seems that just like in Medieval Europe, some of us are just way above the law. Now, try not to pay a traffic infraction and see what happens...
