Turn by Turn Navigation for Windows Phone getting offline maps this week, cheaper than Navigon
Share:
That's a far cry from the $49.99 in the US, and EUR 59.49 introductory price for Navigon's similar solution, that was recently outed, although it is a bit richer in fucntionality.
We can only imagine that these navigation solutions for Windows Phone are bound to fall in price when the free Nokia Maps integration hits with the upcoming Nokia Windows Phones about to be unveiled at Nokia World two weeks from now.

google maps offers some offline maps caching, but it's not an offline solution like the paid navigation programs or Nokia Maps... you got to be connected for it to work everywhere

Hope Nokia release Nokia Maps for all WP7 devices.
I've used Googles navigation and its really good but Nokia's is much better and feels more like a proper navigational system.
And as usual the iPhone is lagging behind with plain old Google Maps...

I do hope the Nokia Maps stays free only on Nokia branded phones. I was just one of the selling points when I got my N8.
@ComeON symbian has has intergrated offline navigation for years, only just in the last couple has it been free on all Nokia gps equipped phones.
