Trade in your Apple iPhone 4S or iPhone 4 toward an Apple iPhone 5 through Sunday at Best Buy

You might remember the deal that Best Buy had a few weeks ago; at that time, you could trade in your working Apple iPhone 4 or Apple iPhone 4S and get a gift card for $150. Thanks to a $50 discount, that turned out to be exactly the price of the 16GB Apple iPhone 5 at the big box retailer. Essentially, you were trading in your Apple iPhone 4 or Apple iPhone 4S for the Apple iPhone 5...

Do people really still buy a 3g phone in 2013? Should get a discount on your data plan for using such a slow device. It really pleases me to picture the hordes of fools squinting at a tiny screen waiting on a 3g download from YouTube on a device with no RAM. In 2013!!!! Hahahahaha

3G in some countryes has speeds up to 42mbps while "4G" users in US can only dream of such speeds.

An used 4S on ebay worth 3-400$.
Aren't Best Buy clients a bit dumb?

Lol let me know if there someone that willing to pay $400 for an iPhone 4s. I could buy a iPhone 5 for around that price.

A 4S new is about 500 euro (a 4 new is around 350 euro) so I think there are tons of people willing to pay half of that for an used 4S.
I could also get a 5 with 300 euro but: it was stolen, had scratches, no waranty left, carrier locked.

I like to buy and sell Apple product especially when Apple was hot. I ordered 2 units of Apple iPad 2 from Apple online store and sell it for a profit when it launch because all the retail store would be out of stock, same with iPad 3.
With iPad 4 i check there is no demand so i stop doing it, my friend did but they can't turn a profit because Apple retail is fully stocked.
Apple product demand has declined to a point that its no longer profitable to do so and my friends agrees.
The second market price also depend on Apple product appeal and that has declined as well. To me it only worth the price if you can sell it to someone and not the hearsay market price.

Tempting offer, but I think I'll wait until September.

Why anyone would buy an iPhone at BB with this lousy offer when Target Mobile is offering the iPhone 5 for $149 and doing the same $100 trade-in value for a iPhone 4 and $200 for the 4S AND still giving you a $25 coupon credit on top of that is beyond me! Stay far away from BS/BB and run to your Target for a truly phenomenal deal!
