The new TouchFLO 3D 2.5, code named Manilla, has some nice upgrades over the original version including 3 application shortcuts on the home screen...

I am glad HTC is continuing to innovate on the TF/Manilla plug-in... but I hope they develop something new to rival with the OmniaHD, as I prefer HTC's brand but Samsung is starting to show its creative side and re-entry of Toshiba with the G01 may tempt me for another device.
