Toshiba shows off 5.1", 7.7" and 13.3" tablets, no real info yet though

Yesterday, Toshiba got a lot of CES buzz by showing off the 10" Excite X10 tablet, but it looks like that's not all there is to show. Now, we're seeing three more tablets on the show floor for Toshiba, and we're hoping...

13.3." display, yippee! I thought 10.1" would be the largest we'd see for a few years, glad to know I was wrong.
One issue I'd mention though is that it looks definitely like a widescreen phone, and after owning a 10.1" tablet and an HTC Sensation, I must remark on the fact that many apps aren't made for widescreen resolution

I cannot see the 5.1" tablet being a hot seller. With the Samsung Galaxy Note being released with voice features while having a 5.29" screen, I think that Toshiba should at least add voice features to the 5.1" tablet (Yes, I know Toshiba currently doesn't make phones, to my knowledge at least) to at least make the tablet more competitive in the market.
