The online retailer is even waiving the activation fee as it offers new AT&T customers any phone (except the iPhone, of course) for 1 cent with a 2 year contract...

Jealous of what? That AT&T phones say NO SERVICE 50% of the time? Or is it maybe the few dozen dropped calls you get per day? Or is it maybe slow internet cause there's no 3G service? No bars in more places!
