When the iPad Mini was announced, Apple haters everywhere started tossing around the quote from Steve Jobs saying that Apple would never make a 7" tablet. Well, Tim Cook has decided to address those complaints, and reiterate that Apple will "never make a 7" tablet"...

3 years down the road they will. Not exactly 7 but they will make a 6.95 inch "iPHAD" (Apple's veresion of Pahblet) once Android moves, settles into 6.0 inch Phablet territory and succeeds with it as now Apple can only play catching up which they have been doing since quite sometime now.
Really nothing can be more assanine than having a bloated ego. They hav e already paid the price of carrying a bloated ego with market share sliding down and they will go down further. Another RIM in the making :)

Now you know why they banned the Galaxy Tab 7.7 with their ridiculous black rectangle patent, because iPad mini lose out in every aspect. I've got one and the beautiful AMOLED plus screen with a better resolution, the great built with aluminium back, the thin profile, the huge battery etc. beats iPad mini anytime. And it is a one year old product. Now they are touting what a revolutionary product the mini is? What a joke Apple has become. If you can't beat them, sue them. Can't produce enough cheap 7.9" low resolution screen due to yield issues? You're joking right? Another BS marketing.
