Three UK is now pushing out the Android 2.2 Froyo update for the HTC Desire
Three UK customers sporting an HTC Desire will undoubtedly be smiling very shortly after the mobile operator announced that they are in the process of rolling out the highly anticipated over-the-air update for Android 2.2.

With so many device already on the market flaunting the latest version of the platform, HTC Desire owners on Three UK will now join the ranks and experience all of the sweet goodness the tasty update has to offer. The official Three Twitter news and data accounts tweeted the good news that customers have been waiting for some time – even more when other carriers have been rolling it out for some time now.

As always, the software update will feature support for 720p video recording, HTC's App Share widget, improved multi-language keyboard, HTC Caller ID, and HTC's sync software. For those who adore using iTunes, the update will enable Desire owners the capability of syncing their handsets with music from iTunes. So sit back and wait for the good times to start rolling in.
