Meet the uNu Aero – an NFC-enabled wireless charging battery pack for the Samsung Galaxy S4, which will double the battery life of your device. The case comes with a 2,600mAh battery that adds power to the Galaxy S4's own 2,600mAh one. This means that you'll have some 5,200mAh at your disposal...

Title could also be "This battery case will double the thickness of your Samsung Galaxy S4"

Yes, but some people don't care that much about thickness, they require long battery life.

This is exactly why i will only buy Samsung for my Android Smartphones. Well, for as long as they include removable batteries.
I know ALOT of people might not like battery packs or extended batteries but some of us do.
Currently using ZeroLemon 10,000mah/Hour extended battery on my Note 3 ;)

WOW that's HUGE! Does it even fit in your pocket anymore??

And yeah. Granted, it did take a while to get used to but i didnt mind my Otterbox Defender so i thought "why not?" It has a matte black finish and its pretty sleek without feeling cheap.
And it came with a beltclip holster but no way am i hanging that on my side haha
But it still slips easily in and out of my side pockets. But trying to take out the fone while sitting down is next to impossible.
But im happy with it. I can get a full week of average use (texting, casual FB/IG/Youtube/Phonearena, and maybe simple app games) or about 3 days of full on heavy usage (netflix/Deadtrigger2 with PS3 Controller via bluetooth/Emmulators with PS3 controller via bluetooth/HDMI out to watch Movies on TV/long calls/GPS when i travel every other weekend)

The measurement of 64mm width can't be right, the phone itself measures in at around 70mm alone already!

Best feature of the device, it alters the rules of space and time! This is how it double your battery life actually.

or people could just buy an extra battery for 40$ and call it a day?

Yes buying extra battery's can work. However, many people that travel alot don't want to have to worry about the location of the battery. Also if you require the total battery usage for both batteries, removing the battery door repeatedly and battery is going to result in issue with springs and broken door. I have always had an expanded battery pack on my iPhone. Since Samsung increased to a 3300mah on my NOte 3 at this time no extra battery is needed. However, before I got rid of my S4 I with these packs were an option.
Now as for uNu cases I have been given two different versions for my iPhone 5. One is this exact case. I love the wireless charging and extended life. It easily gets me a full day without issue. I like the polished surface.

This isn't the wireless you are thinking of either. The case needs to be in contact with the charging base. It doesn't use Qi or powermat technology. This is great if you just have one place to put your phone to charge it, it's not good if you want wireless charging in the car or in multiple locations or if you want to be able to buy other products from other companies. They should have went with the qi or powermat technology.

I have a 7800mh Anker for my S4, lasts me 2-3 days easy. The clip on cases are ok but id rather just have one monster battery in my phone.

bring that thing also to S4 Active. Cmo'n uNu Aero, S4 Active also belongs to the S4 family.
