Its funny how they keep using the word original when there is nothing original in apple nowadays.....who was the funder for this film....apple it self?

Apple might sue Ashton for patient infringement of Steve Jobs lol

That wasn't even remotely funny -1. You should also try "patent" instead of patient.

Yes it was dark
Steve job was a very bad person, for money and greed why wouldn't he?
9. darkkjedii (Posts: 21789; Member since: 05 Feb 2011)
Why wouldn't he? Well, if by "he" you mean Jobs. For starters he's dead...it'd be kinda hard for him to sue.

What exactly makes Steve a very bad person Troll?

What you know wouldn't fill a thimble. If you start today, you might hit the level of philanthropy Steve Jobs met in the last 5 minutes of his life by the time you abandon the mortal coil.

No why don't you tell me. I'd really like to know what made him a bad person. What did he do that was so terrible?

Please don't talk about my iDaddy that way, he was a good man; 'the evil that men do lives after them, the good is oft interred with their bones'.

I hope not, Ashton is just too HOT to be sued; he makes my pig tails stand straight up and then curl with excitement. That lady he was married to just didn't know how to accept him as he was, but I'll take him anyway I can. Though, I hope the new iOS bright colors are showcased in the movie, I will be on line day 1 of the theatrical release (along with the rest of my Kansas farm friends).

Looks like it'll be pretty good, they seem to be focused on history. I could see it, but I doubt I will

Revisionist history. If you want history check out Pirates of Silicon Valley starring Noah Wyle as Steve Jobs, that would be a bit closer.
Steve Wozniak was the real genius behind Apple's early days. Jobs was more like P.T. Barnum.
Not sure if this movie is going to go glorify the legacy of Steve Jobs by letting a fanboy like "Kelso" portray him... But the direction they've taken with Josh Gad's playing of the Woz from everything I've seen is unforgiveable.

POSV was a very good movie, I do have a lil interest in this tho. Ever since dude where's my car, I've like Ashton.

DWMC put him on the map... but the Butterfly Effect proved he could act, at least more than as just the affable dumb guy. Wish he'd take more roles like that. Just have to wait and see what he does with Jobs.

I think that this movie is just a hidden Apple's intention to keep hype about Steve Jobs. A lot of people recognize him but not many exactly knows something about him, majority of peoples just follows Apple's artificially increased hype about Steve Jobs without any actual knowledge. Steve Jobs has done a lot for his company but nothing for tech. Almost all inventions was made before Steve Wozniak left the company because he is a genius but for some reasons all hype is not about Steve Wozniak but about Steve Jobs, Steve Jobs was just a marketing specialist and nothing more. As I have said before, I think that Apple just artificially increasing hype about Steve Jobs since they use Steve Jobs as a "brand" or "icon".

We are all a little dumber for having seen this epic turd of falsehood and ignorance. Not only is there no proof for your guess (hypothesis would make your guess seem somewhat legitimate, and we all know your post is closer to Intelligent Design than evolution), there is ample proof to the contrary.
Woz had shockingly little to do with Apple's success. Jobs has many patents to his name, and marketing was far from his only gift.
As for hype, Apple is not a hype machine. Why would they even need hype for Jobs? That makes less than no sense. Apple is about products, not people.

Well said. PhoneArenaUser hates apple so much, yet can never intelligently explain why. A marketing specialist and nothing more? What is PhoneArenaUser? An apple hating whiner, and nothing more.

"PhoneArenaUser hates apple so much, yet can never intelligently explain why."
Yes, I hate Apple and I never had hided that, but I hate Apple just as a company because of Apple politics and morality, how they achieve their objectives and goals. About tech I always say what I think without any bias even if it is an Apple product.
"A marketing specialist and nothing more?"
Yes, he was good marketing specialist and nothing more talking about the tech world and thats why I don't see any reason why tech lovers should feel any hype about Steve Jobs.
"What is PhoneArenaUser? An apple hating whiner, and nothing more."
I think it is doesn't matter who I am and I still can express my opinion. Also I don't understand why you are comparing me with Steve Jobs.

Like it or not, PhoneArenaUser's right, dude.
This movie is deceiving, they're portraying Jobs as someone he sure wasn't. Woz himself said that!
Not because Jobs is dead, we have to close our eyes and pretend that he was a real tech god or something back then when he certainly wasn't.
And btw, the description of PhoneArenaUser you wrote above, describe you better imho. I've almost forgot how irrelevant and defensive you can get as a ifan.

Hey it works, remember half of the product is the idea/marketing (Proves that through the iPhone, mediocre specs, brilliant marketing/ideas). If it wasn't for his god like marketing skills and great thinking, Apple would be possibly less of what it is now.
