SwitfKey all the way. I used to rely on Better Keyboard until I ran across SwiftKey.

Swiftkey for me as well. Best prediction out there. Most of the time I only need to type the first word and it predicts the rest of my sentence. GENIUS!!!

ive tried numberous keyboards, i think a number of the above, and A.I. is the best to my experience...its accurate, super responsive, and "key-pressing-animation" is great making the keys sort of bounce when you press 'em... the others, while also use a similar animation, lag...

Swype converted my kids mother from being a physical keyboard fanatic. Its my fav one too.

HTC tried something similar on the Rezound....it doesnt even come close.

I own Swifkey3, I never really liked it. Though it is better than the stock keyboard. I used Swype for a long time but found inconsistencies between how it worked for text messages vs browsers. I use FlexT9 as my primary keyboard (in swipe mode), it does swiping better than Swype and I haven't found any 'beta' issues that can pop up in Swype.

Everyone is going to have their opinion but I've bought 2 keyboards and of course Swype is free, and I'd buy FlexT9 again. I swipe out messages fastest and most accurate using FlexT9. Check it out, it really should've been on this list.

No joke. I've tried most of the phone-appropriate keyboards on this list and found something missing... something I'd change about all of them. Not so with FlexT9.

This keyboard, leveraging speech recognition by Nuance, takes THE BEST DICTATION of ever. It will transcribe with startling accuracy absurdly long tracts of your speech. Forget the stock Android speech-to-text... and even if you've used Nuance's Dragon Naturally Speaking desktop software, you have never seen anything like what FlexT9 is capable of.

Unless I'm in a crowd where talking to my phone would make me look crazy, I don't touch anything other than the transcribe button with the Nuance logo. But when I do need an on-screen keyboard I'm never let down by FlexT9's swipeability, and it's darn good at predicting the next word in any situation.

My rating: Pure dope (which is maybe seven stars out of, like, four or five possible stars.)

I'm still using swype as swiftkey still doesn't support my country's language.
