The Torch is being passed on to some AT&T stores
No, the Olympics are not coming to AT&T. But what is arriving at some of  the carrier's retail stores is inventory of the BlackBerry Torch. Although the phone is not scheduled for launch until next Thursday, a few locations are already receiving the touchscreen/QWERTY slider as you can see from the blurry picture below which shows a Torch box in an AT&T storeroom. The 9800 is the first 'Berry to feature the new BlackBerry 6 OS which includes the WebKit browser that users have been demanding from RIM for years. A check of some South Florida AT&T stores found none that had received the phone yet. The BlackBerry Torch will cost $199.99 with your signature on a two-year contract.
