For those who trust their instincts, a live image of Samsung's Instinct s50 (aka Dash M850) for Sprint has been found on ImageShack…

this is so lame. i would expect that by the third generation of this phone, they would make it somewhat different. still looks exactly the same, still has that boring uncustomizable UI.

Is that not any different than the fruitphone and all RIM devices? The UI is not waht bothers me, it's the wallpaper restrictions for it and the Pre

yes, the wallpaper restrictions are mainly what I'm talking about concerning UI. "...and the Pre?" I don't understand what you mean, are you saying it's not any different?

it doesn't have wallpaper restrictions, i have o ne just head over to instinct-samsung and you'll know what I mean!

i dunno what you're saying. we're talking about having a background while using the phone, not just the lock screen like the iphone.

Note that the UI is slightly different. There is a 5th quick-launch button at the bottom of the screen that was not present on the original Instinct. Also, the FCC notes a mini HDMI output(tv out!), wi-fi, and the 5 MP camera with autofocus.

Come on guys, that is a pic of the s30 in the gunmetal color... The Instinct HD (s50/m850) looks nothing like that. Look at the Samsung Dash for comparison. Notice the original blackberry Curve 8330 in the background? That is an old pic of the prototype s30, hence the fifth shortcut button.
