IMO... yes. I think if it weren't for all the hardware buttons and d-pad it could be a much better phone. Its all kind of unnecessary if you asked me... Especially the D-Pad. I could see if it was a slide out qwerty but nothings too exciting about this to me. Nothing new here. but i guess its worth adding to the line up.

It's the samsung galaxy with spica controls. The screen is no smaller than the HTC hero's, which is 3.2 inches, which I think is too small for an all touch phone. Apple's 3.5 inch is pretty on point IMO, but bigger than that is nice too :-)
