The Samsung Alias 2 is now for sale by Verizon Wireless

As expected, the Samsung Alias 2 is now for sale starting today May 11th through Verizon Wireless. The most notable feature of the dual-hinged device is the E-ink QWERTY keyboard, which changes between numbers, letters, and symbols depending on how the phone is opened and which program is being used. Other features include a 2.6" QVGA display, 2MP camera, Bluetooth, 16GB microSDHC support, VCast services, Mobile Web, and VZ Navigator. Two year contract pricing is $79.99 after a $50 rebate.

This looks like a really great idea, and i like the idea of the e-ink keyboard. However, i really dont like the overall look of the phone; it looks so pedestrian. now if it had a little more flash, i think it'd be really cool~!
