The Nokia 5130 XpressMusic is now available through T-Mobile

As it was rumored yesterday, the affordable and music-oriented Nokia 5130 XpressMusic is now available from T-Mobile. Customers can purchase the device at a two-year contract price of $29.99, after $20 mail-in rebate. The Nokia 5130 is offered in two color versions - Black Red and White Aqua, and features a 3.5mm jack, 2-megapixel camera, microSD slot for memory expansion, FM radio with RDS and Bluetooth 2.0. As a proud music-centric device, the 5130 XpressMusic sports music-dedicated buttons, situated on the left of its 2-inch QVGA display. 3G connectivity is not supported, but this isn’t such a big deal when you get a phone that’s worth 30 bucks.

In this day and age, such a phone is not worth $30. At least not with a contract.
