well first i love the xperia design and with the new s4 plus in the v the bench marks toped the galaxy s3! its the size i been looking for with top notch specs ( 4.3) and to top it off its extremely water proof...... :)

so design, power, size, and water proof........it has it all so far :)

Well cant argue bout design, thats kinda a preference thing although Sony does have good designs.
Regarding power, were still not sure what the HD has in store but we know for sure it will have minimum an S4.
Size, well, 4.3 is nice, but I would prefer 4.5-4.7
Waterproofing: You can be sure that the HD will have waterproofing. Moto is really pushing that feature by even having Kevlar (material that vents air but wont let moisture through)

What tips the scale for me to pick Moto is that you can be sure that it will have a lot of support by the android comunity as the RAZR did (not to mention Google's) And it will have an unlockable bootloader via Moto's website.

Hopefully it has the s4 pro. Seems silly to have the razr m with an s4 and then have your flagship have the exact same thing.

an S4 pro and an unlocked bootloader might make me skip the next Nexus for this. i hope it packs the Maxx's battery, now that would sweeten the deal.

well this will be great for AT&T customers that want a Razr HD but i'm pretty sure this is the one with the ugly pattern on the back. i might be wrong though because if you'll notice the press shots of the Razr M had a different pattern than what was previously leaked on many occasions so we really can't be sure about anything. o:

Why would Moto put an ugly pattern on the back for the global version? That makes me sad. I don't want to switch to Verizon, I enjoy my unlimited data (soon to be truly unlimited). Should be the same design as the Verizon one, so everyone can have a good looking device with a stock-like experience. I hope that rumored ugly design is wrong.

yeah, me too guy, i hope it's just a prototype to test a new design language with.

The question is Motorola RAZR HD or LG Optimus G or maybe even wait for next Nexus ??? :)

The only question is Nexus or Razr HD, because IMO LG has not proven to be a reputable brand. I wont go by specs alone. Build quality, reputation, and support for future updates, will play a huge role in my decision making.

Seeing how there has been no anouncement of a Nexus, atm Moto RazrHD seems to be the best option.

A Sony Nexus would change everything though

"Build quality, reputation, and support for future updates, will play a huge role in my decision making."

Yes, I agree, those things are also important for me. Talking about updates, as much as I have heard, LG doesn't have good reputation. But talking about build quality or any other reputation, I never have heard any complaint.

"Seeing how there has been no anouncement of a Nexus..."

I'm waiting for some news, but a bit strange that there still is no news. :(

yea thats why at this point, with not a single rumor in sight, I may have to jump the gun and pick up a RAZR HD,,, I dont think I can hold out with this 4S much longer. I miss Android :'(
