A post on Sony Ericsson's Facebook page reveals that the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for the Xperia X10 might be starting to roll out as soon as week 30, which is this week, to generic non-branded handsets first...

What's the point? the X10 is a year late for Ginger Bread. and I'm just glad i returned mine last DEC and got my Atrix instead.
