While Verizon has not even introduced the HTC Incredible, it appears that Big Red will be launching the sizzling hot handset in just two weeks...

Is this why the Eris hasn't gotten a software update to 2.0 yet? they'd rather come out with a replacement handset instead of updating the current one? Well, at least this is confirmation that HTC has upgraded Sense UI to work on android 2.1, so there's no excuse for them not to push out an Eris update some time soon. Come on guys, don't punish the early adopters. I want my Google Maps Navigation!

got to play around with the phone for a bit a couple of days ago and it is def incredible!!! I need this phone!
