Anyone know a good android video editor too? Paid or free?

I haven't found one as good as Samsung's Video Editor or Movie Maker.... BUT "VivaVideo" is actually very good. It lacks in some aspects and it is not too intuitive.. but you can:
- Change Speed (1/4x - 4x)
- Put Filters
- Get Effects
- Text and Titles

Yeah, that is cool, but if you are running wp8 instead of 8,1, you can't install it
