TI has been in bed with ARM Holdings ever since 2009, working together on the core design for the upcoming ARM Eagle mobile chipset...

Its means that by 2012 there will be phones running dual core 1.5ghz processors that will consume energy equivlent to 1/4 of what the 1.0ghz snapdragon processors burn now. or translation for the completley retarded... DUDE UR PHONE WILL BE REALLY FAST AND LONGER BATTERY LIFE!
