i dont see why anyone should be surprised by this!! when the Galaxy S and SII came out, they were on at 3 if not all 4 major carriers............the SIII is no exception. the only differences between them will be the data connection. Only Tmobile will have its top speed at HSPA+, the other 3 will be LTE-equipped
if im wrong, my bad lol

If T-Mobile will have only HSPA+, is there any chance of Exynos instead of Snapdragon S4?
17. remixfa posted on 14 May 2012, 15:55 0 1
Im keeping my fingers crossed. We should hear something soon. If Tmobile is smart, they will be the only US carrier with the Quad exynos version. A nice selling point.

no T-mo's HSPA+ is just as complex as LTE so no Exynos it will havwe Snapdragon but there may be a revamp in dec with Exynos a RBG super amoled screen LTE and such then again the Skyrocket HD never mad it stateside either so just more rumors but T-mo won't get Exynos on their 1st SGSIII

I dont know what your trying to say, but your wrong.
The only reason Exynos doesnt have LTE in AMERICA is because Qualcom wont liscence out the tech for the right frequencies. Exynos IS LTE capable outside of the US.
LTE and HSPA+ are not the same, it has nothing to do with "complexity", and everything to do with what the carriers want.
ATT, VZW, and even Sprint are selling (or about to sellin sprint's case) LTE phones. Tmobile has no immediate plans for an LTE device, thus does not NEED to be constrained by the S4's LTE capabilities.
Thus if Tmobile chooses to go to the Exynos 4412, there is nothing stopping them but the board members deciding to do so. the 4412 IS capable of Tmobile's 42mb/s HSPA+ network, if tmobile chooses that route.

so why didn't T-Mobile get a version of the Galaxy SII w/ the Exynos 4210? xD
25. Berzerk000 posted on 14 May 2012, 19:57 2 0
Wasn't the Exynos 4210 only capable of 21mb/s HSPA+ and not 42? I think that's why, I could be mistaken
31. JGuinan007 posted on 15 May 2012, 14:13 0 0
Well then I guess we'll just wait and see if T-mo's version of the SGS3 get Exynos then I'll tell you that you wether or not you were correct.

That Asian girl looks cute, can I have her instead of the phone?
24. mettec posted on 14 May 2012, 19:53 1 0
She looks like 11 but those Japanese woman don't age easily. She is wearing a Samsung employee badge around her neck which would probably indicate that she works there and is not a child. I could be wrong though.

LOL! I think you are wrong. They have child labor law issues.

You have already done batter tests? Go to gsmarena and see battery performance of device...its battery can play video for like 10 hrs...how about your tiny iPhone?

You're an idiot. The GSIII has AMAZING battery life for a phone, especially for one of that screen size. Your Lumia sucks in battery life.
