A tweet from T-Mobile on Friday announced that the number one selling device all-time at the nation's fourth largest carrier is the Samsung Galaxy S III; this honor comes although the flagship Android model has been available for just three months...

I can't imagine why that would be. Don't people like to buy the best that they can afford? The GS III is the best currently available smartphone.

The Samsung galaxy Note II, will most likely take over that reign from little brother, in the next coming months... Go Sammy go.

Personally, I can't wait for the new iPhone 5S to be released on T-Mobile, with its' massiVe new 4.1" screen; with its' new camera's great new Purple rAiN feature; with its' great new 2D maps (that you can carry around in a special mAps TuBe); and, with SiRi's replacement, "PaPi"!

You better be careful. Cult of Mac will come crucify you.

I'm being attacked by little white fluffy four-legged farm-like mammals (cute ears, though)!

LOL!! Reminds me on 9/21 when they kicked me out of the Apple store for wearing a custom GS III Tshirt

I still pefer the HTC One X's Sense UI over the GSIII's Touchwiz UI.

Go Samsung Go! You're our team, kill'em all, kill those arrogant bastards at Apple!
37. AppleConspiracy (Posts: 627; Member since: 18 Oct 2011)
I'm telling that people in some company should be killed and I get bunch of thumbs-up.
And when I told Samsung copied Apple, I got bunch of thumbs down. Obviously fanatism is now on the other side.
38. CDGMobile (Posts: 29; Member since: 26 Sep 2012)
your getting thumbs ups not because people are desiring murder, but the fact that Samsung is looking like the way to go if you want a cool phone without selling a kidney, and that Apple is seriously bull******** people with their prices and hindering everyone else from making something similar at a better price
39. AppleConspiracy (Posts: 627; Member since: 18 Oct 2011)
No it's fanatism alright. Otherwise it would be constructive criticism and appraisal. This is just fundamentalistic, religious sh*t.
Samsung fanboys are always referring to iSheeps, and then they say exactly the promo phrase of Samsung, "The next BIG thing is already here", in a real sheep way. Look couple of posts below this for example.
Very, very ironic.

God, why are android fanboys so scared of Apple, I own a Galaxy S3 and I think the iPhone 5 is an awesome lag free device.
11. archangel9 (Posts: 230; Member since: 07 Feb 2010)
No one is scared of the lil bad fruit. People are starting to wake up from this iOS nonsense junk. True the iPhone 5 is a good phone that's it.GS III and GNote II + UPCOMING GNexus II=GREAT BADASS phones

Plus, the iPhone is too 'special' to mingle with the riff-raff on T-Mo. Sammy celebrates diversity.

What do you mean people are starting to "wake up". The Galaxy SIII is as much of a advertising stunt as is the iPhone. I still think that the SIII is not as amazing as you guys on this website are making it. It has good hardware with the latest android software, with the addition of useless Touchwiz features

Useless ui you make me laugh at least we don't have the same UI for 5 years
22. networkdood (Posts: 6262; Member since: 31 Mar 2010)
your sentence mentioning the word 'lag' indicates that you are a liar when it comes to owning the SGS3. A true Android user needs not to even worry about lag.

It's funny how the article doesn't mention Apple, yet Android retards come and insult Apple anyway.
15. Droid_X_Doug (Posts: 5612; Member since: 22 Dec 2010)
Apple brings on its own abuse (iMaps, lens flare to name but 2 of the many). The truly sad thing is that the fans of Apple willingly accept the abuse.
17. jroc74 (Posts: 4720; Member since: 30 Dec 2010)
Uh...the article does mention Apple?
"There will be those who will note the absence of the Apple iPhone from T-Mobile's history and wonder if the absence of Apple's iconic smartphone would have made a difference. While that might seem a legitimate question, in this day and age when switching one carrier for another is as easy as changing breakfast cereals, those who want an Apple iPhone badly enough can leave T-Mobile for a carrier that offers it."
I agree the hate for Apple, the iPhone isnt necessary in this case. And thats a legitimate question in the article, cuz I have a feeling if T Mo had the iPhone.....the GS3 might have came in 2nd.

yoyo.... your name says it all....... You truly do sound like a sheep, blinded by the fruit and refusing to see farther than the tip of your nose, wake up the next big thing is already here..
I bet you are just tasting what 4G may feel like if you live in a market where it is offered, I have been tasting that 4G goodness for nearly 3 years now
30. yoyo93 (Posts: 34; Member since: 23 Sep 2012)
Well first off, I have owned a galaxy S 2 and an S3, second I don't get why Android elitist or C@nts in your case hate an OS many people like , Third my first name is Yousif and yoyo is what my nickname.

Thats more like it.........Samsung SGS3 deserves these rightful positions....
Though iphone sales are hard to beat but I am eagerly waiting to see how the final numbers shape up to....
I believe SGS3 will fight toe to toe with the iphone 5......(in terms of sales).....
16. Droid_X_Doug (Posts: 5612; Member since: 22 Dec 2010)
Don't be surprised if the GS III beats the iP5 in monthly sales. The order ships delay is running 3-4 weeks over at apple.com. No orders shipping = no sales. Meanwhile, if you want to buy a GS III, you can get one at any store that is selling them.
21. archangel9 (Posts: 230; Member since: 07 Feb 2010)
It's the only phone bad enough to take it out.Not knocking the One X+ when it comes but 1gig of RAM isn't going to cut it compared to 2gig on the GSIII
25. PhoneArenaUser (Posts: 5471; Member since: 05 Aug 2011)
Remember that international Samsung Galaxy S III version with Quad-Core has 1GB of RAM.
18. jroc74 (Posts: 4720; Member since: 30 Dec 2010)
Wow. Best selling ever on T Mo? Congrats Samsung....go GS3.
Still waiting for the next Motorola phone on Verizon tho...lol.
20. hitechredneck (Posts: 55; Member since: 21 Nov 2011)
Well it should be since its their top phone and they don't carry Apple. I'm sure it would be the other way around if they had the iphone 5. Definitely not an apple lover hated apple sine the 80's.
23. archangel9 (Posts: 230; Member since: 07 Feb 2010)
Plus the reason it's Tmobile's numero uno seller is basically because of the 4g network:
I LOVE IT.UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE 4G.NO throttling.NO caps Everywhere I go I'm getting downloads of over 6mb uploads 2mb and their 4g steadily improves. Also with the merger with Metro PCS(A lot of my friends and constituents have),upon approval of the FCC,they now have the infrastructure to build LTE on because that's what its about. In addition to the AT&T debacle fell through,Big Blue had to cough up some $$$$$$ and spectrum to Magenta and they got some more AWS from Verizon in addition to this merger.
So as it stands,Tmobile is in pretty great shape. And oh yeah, the GS III is LTE enabled when they flip the switch early 2013.GNote II is coming in November quad-core processor,2gig RAM ,JB,ULTRA LIGHT,AND 5.5"..WHOA!!
Sprint upcoming LTE=EPIC FAIL.. Since making that 15.5 billion dollar deal with the evil empire(APPLE)they stay in the red even though they selling iphones, but it mostly the 4s and not always the 5 but they want to throw in a bone for Metro. You had your chance and the BOD turned it down. Let Tmobile get some for themselves and quit cotblocking.

Its the only all time new high end phone they can afford to put out. The good sale of this device should open their eyes a little. Need more high end phones rather than second hands or any "my horny, touchy, feely" phones from huawii. Consumers are smarter now. Smart phones make up the bulk and they are not going for the cheap s**t anymore. Sorry TMO, everyone universal wide knows what an iPhone is, from rich to poor. They do whatever it takes to get one. So tmo, stop with the cheap s**t!!! Its not working!!!!!!!
34. Jeradiah3 (Posts: 984; Member since: 11 Feb 2010)
of course, the SGSIII is the most popular Tmobile ever!! Tmobile didnt have alot of good phones until recently. The SIII is a great flagship phone and selling point for Tmobile
