I read a interesting story related to this supply issue from Korean website. It's about some line manager working for the assembling company which assembles lenses/camera modules of GS4 for Samsung.
Even though the company already allocated the half of lines due to the abruptly exploding demand from Samsung, the company can't keep up with the demand. Executives of the company keep visiting the lines so frequently to check the status at any time that the line manager have slept and eaten at work for 15 days in a row so far. I guess that poor man will get compensated with fat extra pay in the end, however.
