The nation's fourth largest carrier, T-Mobile, announced this morning that it will be launching the HTC Radar 4G on November 2nd; the Windows Phone Mango powered phone will cost $99.99 after a $50 rebate and a signed 2-year pact...

Hey, I guess it is a start. I am surprised T-Mobile didn't get it's own version of the Titan. Not sure I wouldn't take the HD7 with a Mango update over the Radar, although the 2nd Gen processor and other hardware is better. Now, let's get those Mango sets on AT&T out and see who get's the CDMA LG unit coming out.

Well if you're that bothered by it, buy the damn phone for retail. Just be prepared to hand up your arm and leg in the process.
