Without an Apple iPhone to sell, T-Mobile lost 802,000 contract customers during the fourth quarter and says that between spectrum acquired from AT&T as a consolation prize for the failed merger, $1.5 bilion in investment, and refarmed frequencies, it will be able to offer LTE service starting in 2013...
