Without an Apple iPhone to sell, T-Mobile lost 802,000 contract customers during the fourth quarter and says that between spectrum acquired from AT&T as a consolation prize for the failed merger, $1.5 bilion in investment, and refarmed frequencies, it will be able to offer LTE service starting in 2013...

Sometime by 2013, adn both AT&t and Verizon are suppose to be near completion of there LTE roll out. I would say sprint but things arent going so well for them.

Why are there so many tmobile haters? I've had tmobile for 5yrs and got no complaints they might not always get the highest end phones but they do get high end phones wait for it at affordable prices. Don't be mad because our phones are only $200 and unlimited everything with 5G of throttle free data is only $99 and the others are bumping the prices up $300 phones and $120 and up for limited minutes and throttled data. Ha just mad because that extra $120 pays our bill and gets us a phone accessory.

This article is so horrendously biased it disgusts me. The iphone is not the only reason why T-Mobile lost customers. Every carrier is constantly losing and gaining customers, it's called "churn". For all we know, all those 800K people could have lost their income and can't afford cell phones anymore. Or maybe they wanted to go to a budget-friendlier carrier or prepaid. Perhaps customers were not wishing to be part of AT&T, and preemptively (and foolishly) went to a different carrier. Saying the iphone is the sole catalyst is complete and utter baloney. Furthermore, T-Mobile's HSPA+ is rated at up to 42 Mbps, with faster speeds coming. Those speeds meet or exceed that of Verizon and AT&T LTE, depending on numerous factors (YMMV)

TMob is good in areas and verizon is good in areas but verizon is no ferarri by any means all cell phone companys in the us are terrible. They suck the life and money out of you and all of them are the same, just depends on which poison you pick period.

Be real... 95% of people don't even use 10 percent of what their phone can do nor know the s**t the phone can do ... Regardless a post paid company is slapping on a prepaid company ... People dare compare a moto triumph to to a droid x or even a incredible ... That's an insult ... But I mean with times these days rough u can't blame a person for going prepaid ... Most places in Cali don't really support tmobile as good as others we all talk from experience some negative some positive
