T-Mobile subscribers will score discounted sporting event/theater tickets on T-Mobile Tuesday
This is an exciting time for sports fans. The 2017 MLB season is about to begin, and in the NBA and NHL, teams are jockeying for playoff position. T-Mobile is working with iOS and Android app Gametime to give subscribers $20 off tickets to a sporting event. For those not familiar with Gametime, the app finds users the 50 best values for the events that they want to attend, which can include the theater besides sporting events. Tickets are sent to purchasers via text.

Getting to the ballpark or theater requires gasoline. This Tuesday, T-Mobile subscribers will receive a .25 cent a gallon discount on Shell gas for up to 20 gallons. That is a $5 savings. Next week, T-Mobile subscribers will also get a $2 Dunkin' Donuts promo card that can be used for a cup of Joe, a donut, or anything else on the menu. Lastly, FandangoNow will give away a code good for $5 off the price of a movie rental or the purchase of a Television episode.

As far as the weekly contest is concerned, one Grand Prize winner will receive (based on availability) a pair of tickets for any sporting event, show or other event (Hamilton is probably out) and make a weekend out of it. The prize includes round-trip, coach-class air travel for two (up to $1,200), ground transportation (up to $500), two nights’ accommodations in one standard, double-occupancy room (up to $1,000), two tickets (up to $3,000), meals (up to $500) and a check for $2,650 for travel expenses and taxes.

Fifty First Prize winners get a $250 gift code toward the purchase of tickets for any event offered in the Gametime app. 25,000 Second Prize winners will get a $10 card from one of the following: Amazon.com, iTunes, Google Play or Best Buy. And a whopping 75,000 Third Prize winners score a $5 gift card from one of the following options: Amazon.com Gift Card, CVS/pharmacy Gift Card, Target eGiftCard or Walmart eGift Card.
