T-Mobile offers free Wi-Fi weekends

T-Mobile USA has decided to give its mobile phones subscribers free of charge access to its HotSpot Wi-Fi Internet service on the weekends. The service, which refers to all subscribers on an active post-paid or pre-paid voice or data account with SMS capabilities, can be accessed from any of the T-Mobile's 6,500 HotSpots. It will allow customers to surf the web, check their e-mail, download music, etc. at great speed. All, the customers have to do in order to get the free service, is to visit a certain web site, where to enter their phone number and get a pass code in a free text message. Although T-Mobile claims that the free WiFi Weekends is a limited time promotion, it doesn't state the termination date.
