I've had sidekicks from day one and still use two of them. They are better phones than any I've owned and I've had a cell since the brick! T-Mobile, Danger and Microsoft screwed us over losing our data then lying about it! To add insult to injury, they STILL charge me for email and internet services which they REFUSE to provide! I've complained to the FCC and joined the class action suit but that's not enough! Now I'm being forced to PAY for another phone? They should provide a FREE phone after all the BS they put us through. LOST pictures of my NEWBORN and now dead relatives!

They said they were sending out $100 giftcards which never arrived when they lost our info., then said they would give us $200 of free downloads which promptly disappeared from my phones! BASTARDS!

This is a MAJOR TRAVESTY!!!! T-Mobile just told me YESTERDAY that I can buy a Sidekick Android!!

You should just switch carriers at this point if you're that dissatisfied. I've had T-Mobile until 2008, I was so dissatisfied with their coverage, customer service and junky, glitchy phones that never worked. I had the Sidekick 1, 2 and 3. The data service almost never worked, their over the air updates bricked phones and the Sidekicks were just glitchy as hell, especially the Sidekick 2. And when I called to complain they would pass me off to other companies who said it was T-Mobile's problem no theirs.

I switched to Verizon because they wanted me to pay $110 for a new phone (and I had their phone insurance) that, very literally, fell to pieces on me due to shitty construction. And I was a customer for a LONG time so I switched.

So your one of those idiots who take all these pics on there phone and bitch when they get lost, have you ever heard of a memory card, or even a digital camera.....phones are not cameras with phone function, they are phones with camera function, so maybe you should have saved them on a sd card just used a real camera......

I have worked in the cell industry for years and it makes me laugh how poeple will take pics with there phone and not buy a sd card but then bitch when they get lost.......Idiots

a) sidekick services are provided by danger/microsoft, blame them, not T-mobile.
b) tmobile went out of their way to try to give gift cards to everyone with a sidekick. They didnt have to, it wasnt their fault. it was a stand up move.
c) the new "sidekick" that is comming out is an android phone, not a danger phone.
