T-Mobile delays trackball replacement program
T-Mobile was all set to start its trackball replacement program on February 15th. Owners of the specific BlackBerry devices covered under the program (Pearl 8100/8120, 8320 Curve) purchased from T-Mobile, were to receive a new trackball from the carrier for free. But RIM is including some changes in the replacement kit which means that T-Mobile reps need to undergo a new round of training starting today. RIM is updating procedures and screenshots for the training and the replacement program will now begin February 24th. Hopefully your current worn out trackball can last the extra few days.
