Oh wow, I didn't see this coming, hopefully t-mobile won't be like sprint where they have to pay 15 $ billion in 4 years to Apple, then Jack up their prices, that's the Apple course, you offer the iphone then you think that people won't care if you Jack up their prices, look at Verizon, at&t and sprint :P

It really won't matter, my sources tell me that iProducts will be available December 31, 2013; just in time to meet the timeline and a little too late for the 2013 holiday season. As for jacking up prices, don't see it happening as Apple ASP's are in decline. Verizon didn't jack up their prices, they just took away Unlimited Data. And, guess what, if you buy your own phone (or pay full retail as I did with my magnificently awesome Galaxy Note II 4G LTE with Multi Windows on America's blazing VZW network ♥) you get to keep Unlimited Data; sort of what T-Mo' is offering! (But, alas, there's no comparison to Verizon's 4G LTE★)

Verizon is on a different league, here in UK Vodafone, Orange and 3 is second to none for value, along with T-Mobile™®©

Lol true, but the difference is that with t-mobile if you bring your own device you only pay 20 $ for unlimited data, 5 $ for unlimited texting, and according to tmonews it's coming in April, fool, and don't forget that t-mobile has hspa+42 mbps rolled out in far many more markets than Verizon, plus Verizon's 3G sucks, so you go ahead and keep that expensive plan with no subsidy and spend 2x more than I do, perhaps 3x, because you're right there's no comparison between t-mobile and Verizon's overpriced plan, you were super duper dumb to buy that phone upfront with Verizon man, I'd return it before your buyer's remorse time is over, I'm currently clocking 22 mbps on my note II plus I have unthrottled unlimited data so I'm not Tripping

I have no buyer's remorse, I have Multi Windows (which you don't have and, based on T-Mo's OTA track record, you'll never get - rotflmao)!! So, go back to Mejico (waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy.....) ★

Eh you do realize that the Samsung kies isn't OTA right? In any case, I think I'll just stick around here in the US and enjoy the super savings offered to me through t-mobile, want to compare bills? ;)

Verizon is useless to say the least. Poor updates and pitiful bloatware. Verizon is the biggest joke in the industry.

Well, congrats for T-Mo, this will definitely lure iPhone users to T-Mo. Hurry up on the refarming, I'm waiting to get at least 3G data on my international One X.

T-Mobile USA, as a business, knew that the Apple iPhone can still bring in customers. I honestly doubt that this will change T-Mobile prices all that much. Sprint is still seen as a value carrier and it has an iPhone. Data speeds on Sprint were already horrible before the iPhone, so honestly...I don't see why people say a carrier getting an iPhone is so bad. Especially if the iPhone is bringing the carrier business, which, allows for more choice. Isn't that what Android users and mobile phone users in general, want?

Thought I remember reading that T-Mobile outside the USA sells the iPhone right now and it isn't killing their network, at least I haven't heard it is. I think people are worried the same will happen to them that happened to Sprint, but you nailed it, Sprint's network was bad before.
What I don't understand is this, people who buy an iPhone are getting a smart phone. Even if they don't purchase the iPhone, they'll just buy a different smart phone so the amount of data really isn't going to change that much regardless of what they buy. The way I see it, if T-Mobile can handle new customers, bring it on. More income is more they can spend on service improvements.

The network isn't the real concern to me. It's all the perks that start to disappear and the additional fees that every carrier starts adding on to EVERYONE just to subsidize a phone most of us will not buy. Unlimited data plans and early upgrade options disappear, upgrade fees, higher service plans and prices on other non-Apple devices are always sure to follow. The iPhone is just brings higher fees and death of service everywhere it goes and I dont see T-Mobile being any different.

The comment below was meant for you, but I really hope none of what has happened to customers of other carriers happens to T-Mobile customers. That was one of the carriers I had planned on going to, but it ain't lookin so good anymore.

20. KingKurogiii (Posts: 5673; Member since: 23 Oct 2011)
that's right, the ancient Mayan Prophecy of the World's destruction being caused by iPhone availability on every major US Carrier. it's coming true! xD

Oh NO! The Kiss of Death puckers up to take out T-Mobile!
