With all of the pictures and stories we've seen recently about this handset, an official launch date or price had not been revealed-until now...

After owning the samsung behold for 11 months, I hate the damn thing. Do you ever get mad n want to throw something at a brick wall? Hard to resist. I hate touchscreen, they're annoying and the qwerty is usually horrible. It seems like it doesn't work as well as it used to (accuracy and response) I am interested, however, to see if this phone has success at all. Being a budget touchscreen, probably.

I'm not sure how this phone will do... If it's like the N97, I think it won't do very well. Might have to see it in person and play around with it first before judging it, but from experience of past Nokia phones, they aren't as impressing as they used to be, considering there are better OS systems out there now.

Tmobile isnt marketing it as a budget touchscreen. Its not. Thats what the TAP is. This is being sold as a budget smartphone. And why the heck wouldnt it? Its got an app store, flash-lite, decent 3g browser, free tbt GPS, and it actually runs quite nice for the price. Is it as good as an android? No. Is it better than the behold? By far. Its only 179 full retail ($9/mo on EMP plan). And its part of the current smartphone BOGO offer even though it only requires $10 web

This smartphone is great, especially for it's price. It runs a superior os (symbian) and has a more-than-decent set of features for it's price. At $60 with a 2 year plan and $179 full retail, I will be picking one up myself!
