I've had a few customers this week bring in their iphone 5, buy an S3 instead...then heading over to apple to return that junk

The iPhone 5 isn't junk. We've had quite a few people exchange their GS3s for iPhone 5s in their return period. The GS3 is nice but not as fast as the iPhone 5 and we've had many software/hardware issues with the GS3s.
On a side note, I hope they push Windows hard! I expect big things from Microsoft. Hopefully soon they'll make some moves and pass up the iPhone and compete more with Android.

As a TMobile customer for more than 10 years - their Windows pitch goes something like this "This is a Windows device, but have you seen the latest Android phone...." :) Now I just purchase my phones online if I need a new device. Because 8/10 the stores seldom ever had a working Windows device and the sales person always tried to steer you away from Windows devices. But truth be told that may have changed, because like I stated previously I now just go online if I want a new device.

As an employee customers come in asking questions that at the time honestly windows couldn't answer unless honestly no offense they were not tech savvy or ... elderly .. people are straying away From blackberry because lack of support and apps well windows is still working on those things its small but someone told me they facebook and instagram all the time windows has no iinstagram and the version of Facebook is OK not that it isn't going to be good eventually but we have a bigger hassle handling. Those phones If its different. Else where that's awesome
