T-Mobile USA launches RIM 8700g

RIM 8700c has been announced five months ago from Cingular, and now here is the version for T-Mobile – the rumors have called it 8700t, but it is actually the 8700g. The phone is identical to the Cingular's version and has the same design, only changing some of the colors. It is in black instead of grey and has the T-Mobile styled menu instead of the Cingular one.

The quad-band GSM phone with QVGA display lacks camera but has the high-speed EDGE connection and full QWERTY keyboard. T-Mobile offers it for $299.99 after the rebates.
