That's one way to find the money necessary to build their almost non existent 3G network. By the way I don't think they ever will catch up with company like Verizon. Speaking for the last one(Verizon) they lack coverage in a few states like Nebraska, Wyoming,Montana, Dakotas and large parts of Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico....
