T-Mobile Touch Pro2 official, launches August 12
After quite some time full of rumors, leaks and the like, the HTC Touch Pro2 is now officially coming to T-Mobile. As it has been believed lately, the handset will be available starting August 12. However, no pricing details have been mentioned. Of course, it is mainly targeted to business users, since it runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 beneath the manufacturer’s highly-successful TouchFLO 3D interface. Characteristic features of the T-Mobile Touch Pro2 are its side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, tilting 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen, 3.2MP camera, GPS, as well as support for Wi-Fi and the carrier’s 3G network.

Why does verizon and sprint keep pushing back a release date and keep putting phones ahead of it ??

verizon should be getting it by end of august or very early in september...a friend of mine that works for them said it just arrived to some of the call centers on Monday (8/03) where some of the trainers and tech support guys are using it, which usually means that its only 2-4 weeks away from launch.
